What we collect
Account data (name, email, company), shipment data (sender/recipient details, tracking events), platform telemetry (logs, IP, device), and communications you send us.
Why we collect it
To deliver shipments, provide visibility, comply with customs and security regulations, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Lawful basis (GDPR)
Performance of contract, legal obligation (customs, tax), legitimate interest (security, analytics), and consent (marketing).
Sharing
With carriers and partner operators executing your shipment, customs authorities where required, and infrastructure subprocessors (cloud hosting, email). All bound by confidentiality and DPA.
Retention
Shipment records: 7 years (statutory). Account data: while active plus 24 months. Marketing: until you opt out.

International transfers
We use Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA/UK.
