1. Acceptance
By using Adva Logistics services or platform you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
2. Services
Adva provides multimodal freight, warehousing, customs, and last-mile services subject to the service level applicable to each shipment. SLAs are documented on each quote and confirmation.
3. Tariffs and surcharges
Pricing is governed by your active rate card. Standard surcharges (fuel, peak season, remote area, residential, oversize) are disclosed on each quote.
4. Liability
Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment up to the applicable convention limits (Warsaw/Montreal for air, CMR for road, Hague-Visby for sea). Additional insurance is available.
5. Prohibited items
Currency, narcotics, live animals (except via specialized service), human remains, weapons, and any items prohibited by destination country laws.
6. Indemnity
You indemnify Adva for losses arising from inaccurate documentation, prohibited contents, or misdeclaration of cargo.
7. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by acts of God, war, embargo, customs holds, strikes, weather, or pandemic.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam.
